TRADERSCIENCE SHALL NOT IN ANY CASE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFIT, CAPITAL, REVENUE, DATA, OR PROGRAMS, EVEN IF TRADERSCIENCE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY THEREOF.
